A mini cake has roughly the same portion of cake as a regular cupcake, but its unique shape adds a nice touch to any celebration. I made these mini cakes for a Christmas celebration.  I love to amp up the rum and eggnog flavours here, and the silver snowflakes (sugar paste and food safe glitter) make them sparkle.
